How do you as a custom homebuilder handle Complications?
Communicating with our clients makes everything easier. We can avoid most problems with clear and specific communication between homeowners, sub-contractors, and the rest of our team. As long as everyone is on the same page concerning timelines, client expectations, and deliverables, the custom home building process will run smoothly. Then, if complications arise, we can handle them as a team. Our clients received a minimum of twice a week updates from either Kevin or Brock through the entire process.
